In Psalm 112, God has been speaking to me in my quiet time but the main verses are from vs 6-10.
"Surely he will never be shaken; a righteous man will be remembered forever. He will have no fear of bad news; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord. His Heart is secure, he will have no fear; in the end he will look in triumph on his foes. He has scattered abroad his gifts to the poor, his righteousness endures forever; his horn will be lifted high in honor. The wicked will see and be vexed, he will gnash his teeth and waste away; the longings of the wicked will come to nothing."
The word Righteousness means so much to me. Righteous man is the one who walks right with the Lord. Walking side by side with God. Not doing evil and honour Justice. Always honouring God above all things. Yup, I am still learning. I made a decision that is I will not take up any jobs that clash with my Cell group meetings and church. I want to be a support to the cell group I am in and of cox being a support to my girls. Letting them know that there is a spiritual family that they can always count on. As I am doing all this, I know I am Putting God first. It's a Struggle for me as recently, I am offered to become a pet groomer & a assistant to help out at a pet shop.Wow! Its my idea job that i really want. I've spoken to the boss and she is so nice but I would have to work in the weekends. ON one hand is my interest job and on the other hand i have to honour God.
So It's a struggle for me to make a decision. After Sam talked to me(She always ask questions that i do not know how to answer)...I decided to talk to the boss and see if i could take some time off for my cell group but She say can't cox sat and sun are the most busy days of the week and they need people. In the end I rejected the job. Argh......But never mind, He will Bless me with a far greater job that I can Shine for Him. I do not want my Interest to be placed before Him.I thank God that I've made that decision...I know that I will not be happy working there if I miss my meetings although it's my interest job.
I ended of with the GREATEST PWHEW after that.

"The eyes of the Lord are on the Righteous and His ears are Attentive to Their Cry: The Face of the Lord is Against those who do Evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth."
